You'll serve as the most senior relationship owner for Alma's largest health plan accounts, driving strategic partnerships that expand access to in-network mental healthcare. You'll lead growth and retention strategies for key accounts, collaborating internally to deliver exceptional value. π― What You'll Do
- Serve as strategic business partner for largest health plan partnerships
- Develop executive relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Track performance and optimize partnership strategies
- Lead new initiatives and negotiate resources
- Be the voice of the customer internally
π Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales or partnerships in healthcare
- Experience managing national and regional health plans
- Proven ability to influence executives
- Experience in upselling and retaining customers
