You'll maintain and rebalance our e-scooter fleet across Birmingham using company vans and app-based instructions. Your work ensures a reliable rider experience and supports city-wide operations. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling with a focus on hands-on problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow app instructions to complete shift tasks
• Drive company van to locate scooters and swap batteries
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
• Conduct basic repairs and quality checks

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and digital tools
• Ability to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs
