You'll serve as the attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity of care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned SNFs
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care
• Provide patient-centered primary care for acute and chronic conditions
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management

📋 Requirements

• MD/DO with active U.S. medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in appropriate specialty
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.
