💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist in daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic, fandom-focused retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and close out registers.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion/music trends.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product with approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
