๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own and operate the full spectrum of HR across BJAK's global organization, covering eight countries and both on-site and remote teams. Your core impact is building, running, and scaling the HR function in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This role is hands-on, working closely with founders.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end HR function globally, including talent acquisition, HRBP, engagement, L&D, payroll, comp & benefits, and HR operations.
  • Personally lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with founders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Build simple, practical performance management frameworks and drive employee engagement.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
  • Strong hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Experience managing HR across multiple countries including local entities, remote, and EOR structures.
  • Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, comp & benefits, and HR operations.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with tech or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian employment regulations.
  • Ability to build and lead a small HR team over time.
