๐ผ About This Role
You'll own and operate the full spectrum of HR across BJAK's global organization, covering eight countries and both on-site and remote teams. Your core impact is building, running, and scaling the HR function in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This role is hands-on, working closely with founders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end HR function globally, including talent acquisition, HRBP, engagement, L&D, payroll, comp & benefits, and HR operations.
- Personally lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Partner with founders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Build simple, practical performance management frameworks and drive employee engagement.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
- Strong hands-on background operating at both strategic and execution levels.
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries including local entities, remote, and EOR structures.
- Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, comp & benefits, and HR operations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with tech or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian employment regulations.
- Ability to build and lead a small HR team over time.
