You'll partner with business leaders to turn complex data into actionable insights using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI. Your work will directly improve decision quality and operational performance across the organization. This fully remote role offers a 10% bonus and no immigration sponsorship required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support high-impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery
• Develop analytics products using Databricks, BI tools, and Agile principles
• Architect and publish trusted Power BI datasets and dashboards
• Build performant Databricks workflows to wrangle large datasets

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related field
• 4-8+ years in analytics roles including 3+ years leading projects
• Proven impact delivering analytics in complex environments
• Experience operating in healthcare data environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in related field
• Certifications in Databricks, Power BI, or Azure
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and MLOps
