You'll manage customs documentation and clearance processes for a global security systems manufacturer. Your work ensures compliance with EU and Polish regulations, supporting efficient international trade flows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain customs documentation for import/export operations.
• Verify customs declarations for HS/CN classification, value, and origin.
• Oversee customs brokers' service quality and SLA compliance.
• Handle escalated customs cases and ensure regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience working with customs clearance in Poland.
• Strong understanding of customs valuation and HS/CN classification.
• Knowledge of EU and Polish customs legislation.
• Polish language proficiency for communication with authorities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with intra-group transactions and transit.
• Knowledge of EORI, AEO, and trade compliance processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics and finance.
