You'll lead a regional sales team for a late-stage clinical oncology company developing RAS(ON) inhibitors. Your core impact is driving performance targets and building key account relationships in the Western US. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth biotech's commercial strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead regional sales team to exceed quarterly targets
- Develop strategic account plans for key healthcare networks
- Collaborate with marketing on brand strategy and execution
- Manage resources within budget and ensure compliance
๐ Requirements
- 20 years of biopharma industry experience
- Prior experience leading a regional sales team of managers and representatives
- Oncology product launch experience
- Experience in small to midsize biotech space

- Experience in GI and/or NSCLC oncology space
- Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD)
- Expert knowledge of marketing, training, market access
