You'll manage payroll controlling for a leading European e-commerce company with 5,000 employees. You'll lead monthly closings and reporting to support business decisions. This role offers hybrid work in Saint-Denis and team management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of controllers (2 direct, 1 functional)
• Coordinate monthly payroll closings for all entities
• Analyze budget variances vs prior year and forecast
• Prepare payroll budget and forecasts with operational teams

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years experience in management control
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules
• Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience with HRIS/ERP (e.g. SAP, ADP, Workday)
