💼 About This Role

You'll own the full B2B go-to-market tech stack, building AI-driven lead routing and qualification systems and AI inbound sales agents. Your work will directly scale Plaud's global expansion for a bootstrapped, profitable AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain the full B2B GTM tool stack and integrations.
• Implement AI-driven lead routing and qualification systems.
• Build AI inbound sales agents to handle prospect inquiries.
• Build dashboards and funnel reports tracking developer funnel.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years experience building GTM automation and integrations.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents for GTM.
• Experience replacing workflows using AI to streamline operations.
• Data fluency: able to build dashboards using SQL, Metabase, or Looker.
