💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role combines your fandom knowledge with retail leadership skills to create a welcoming environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Cover the sales floor and step in as needed when manager is away.
• Open and close the store, including register and end-of-day tasks.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix updates.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Knowledge of music and pop culture trends.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Past leadership or training experience.
