💼 About This Role

You'll assist with planning and executing mountain bike programs for the Town of Snowmass Village Parks, Recreation and Trails team. Your core impact is ensuring participant safety and enjoyment while teaching mountain bike skills and trail etiquette. This part-time role offers per-session pay and a recreation benefit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mountain bike rides and instruction for groups of up to 6 participants
• Develop and organize activities, games, lessons, and ride routes
• Educate participants on mountain bike skills, techniques, and trail etiquette
• Communicate program expectations and lesson recaps to parents and participants

📋 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced mountain biking skills for trail instruction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid and CPR certification prior to start

✨ Nice to Have

• PMBIA or similar cycling-specific training
• Wilderness First Aid/First Responder certification
