🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient visits via phone call or app
• Travel to patient locations within 30 minutes
• Maintain 1:1 patient sessions without productivity quotas

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation

• CPR/BLS certification
