You'll work with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize retention and profitability through licensing & subscription client success. You'll drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and optimize renewal agreements to increase revenue and customer lifetime value. This role serves as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to increase licensing and subscription revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead customer onboarding, renewals, and pricing updates.
• Establish best practices through process standardization and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft, Cisco, Databricks, or Nvidia licensing & subscription business.
• Expert level organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SalesForce.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Software Asset Management principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, train, and mentor others.
