You will be the ultimate connector in key German cities, owning local growth strategy by planning events, creating content, and building relationships with hospitality customers and influencers. You'll launch anchor missions, network with industry stakeholders, and produce raw content to fuel sales and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Hospitality DNA: experience and contacts in hospitality
• Scrappy Creator: film, edit, write content using Canva, Apple Suite, Google Suite, and AI tools
• Your Office is the Streets: willingness to be out of office in assigned cities
• Strategic Independent: self-starter who seizes opportunities
• Sales-Minded Hustler: understand sales cycle and track offline impact on online growth

Responsibilities

• Launch Anchor Mission: map and enlist respected customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers
• Network Ninja: build relationships with external stakeholders like prospects, influencers, and trade associations
• Throw 'Scrappy but Cool' Events: ideate, run and measure impact of local gatherings at customer sites
• Boots-on-the-Ground Content Producer: capture customer stories for social media and case studies
• Fuel the Sales Fire: keep field sales materials fresh with data and stories from cities
