Description

You will act as the bridge between Appier's AI products and our clients, gathering requirements, facilitating technical discussions, and ensuring successful implementation for the Japanese market. This role requires deep product knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a direct customer-facing role
• Experience in customer-facing project management and delivery
• Knowledge of web/app tracking, data analytics, digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, CDP or DMP
• Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or engineering

Responsibilities

• Gather and communicate customer requirements to the product team for Japanese market localization
• Facilitate discussions on product scope, technical implementation, and operational best practices
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Japanese clients
