You'll serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clinicians, supporting them from onboarding through integration into clinical practice. You'll build trust-based relationships and resolve operational issues by liaising with internal teams. This role is key to promoting clinician engagement and retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary operational point of contact for assigned clinicians from onboarding through integration.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clinicians by delivering timely, professional support.
• Liaise between clinicians and internal teams to route and resolve questions and issues.
• Capture and share clinician feedback with stakeholders to improve onboarding and support processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in clinician support, practice operations, or healthcare administration.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn new systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in licensing or credentialing coordination.
• Familiarity with telepsychiatry or virtual care operations.
