You will own payroll compliance for your country or region, translating complex local legislation into scalable processes and systems. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to embed compliance into Remote's global payroll platform, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement. Your work ensures Remote meets regulatory standards while building automated, compliant payroll at scale.
