🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide primary, urgent, and preventive care to residents.
• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute/chronic conditions.
• Conduct admissions, follow-ups, physical exams, and medication reviews.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

📋 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s).
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
• Clinical training and experience in adult, family, or geriatric medicine.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, or post-acute care.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Prior experience in SNF, LTC, ICU, or Emergency Department settings.
