💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end identity governance and administration (IGA) solution delivery, designing and implementing automated identity lifecycles, access controls, and compliance frameworks. You'll bridge business requirements and technical implementation, securing digital assets for Fortune 500 clients using Saviynt's AI-powered platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead code reviews and define development best practices.
• Design and build automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Implement SoD rules, birthright access policies, and certification campaigns.
• Develop API-based integrations and flat-file connectors.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering enterprise IGA solutions (e.g. Saviynt, SailPoint).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell for custom rule development.
• Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, and XML.
• Experience integrating with Enterprise Applications (SAP, SFDC, Workday).

• Professional-level certification in a major IGA platform.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
