Description

You will counsel Affirm's business teams on consumer financial services laws, support origination and servicing of loan products, and provide strategic advice on Australia consumer finance and protection laws. Your work will directly shape honest financial products that improve lives.

Requirements

• 6+ years related business, government, or fintech experience
• Qualified lawyer in Australia, UK, or equivalent with 5-7+ years experience
• Expertise in consumer credit lifecycle (originations, underwriting, licensing, KYC/AML, servicing, credit reporting, collections)
• Combination of private practice and in-house experience preferred
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
