💼 About This Role

You'll direct building maintenance operations and mechanical systems for a community-focused real estate firm, overseeing preventive maintenance, resident work orders, and in-house repairs. Your work ensures safe, comfortable living environments for residents across multiple properties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct preventive maintenance tasks per monthly calendar and CIM standards.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on resident work orders and vendor schedules.
• Supervise maintenance team and third-party vendors for repairs and safety.
• Maintain inventory control of appliances, tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare operating cost estimates for turnover, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and PM.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in comparable apartment maintenance position.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated maintenance experience in apartment buildings.
• 2 years as a lead or maintenance supervisor.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and EPA Type I and II certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• Experience with plumbing and electrical system maintenance and repair.
• General maintenance skills: carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair.
