You'll lead a small team building data pipelines and API services for our US products, shaping the data infrastructure that powers real-time financial decisions. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, owning the direction of your squad while working across a modern stack of Python, FastAPI, AWS, and Kubernetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build robust data pipelines and APIs
• Balance hands-on coding with mentoring 1–2 engineers
• Drive technical decisions and architectural discussions
• Ensure quality and scalability of data platform

📋 Requirements

• Lead or mentor experience with a small team
• Deep Python expertise with clean, well-tested code
• Experience building data pipelines or ETL processes
• Solid FastAPI or comparable modern Python web framework

• Experience in cross-functional or data-focused engineering
• Familiarity with US financial products or regulated markets
• Strong automated testing skills across unit, integration, and functional levels
