You'll define architecture for LLM orchestration frameworks and MCP infrastructure, partnering with senior leadership on multi-year vision. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to shape how AI gets built at a growing enterprise software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set multi-year technical strategy for AI platform development
• Architect foundational AI systems including LLM orchestration and agent patterns
• Own technical decisions with organization-wide impact
• Define engineering-wide quality standards for AI development

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with staff-level progression
• Deep expertise in LLM orchestration and agent frameworks
• Experience with MCP integrations and knowledge systems at scale
• Track record of setting technical strategy across multiple teams
