💼 About This Role

You'll join Metaview as a core sales hire, driving growth by converting product-led leads into enterprise customers. You'll work directly with founders to shape the AI recruiting category and lay foundations for a global sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and upsell prospects from the product-led growth engine.
  • Develop expert insight on AI's impact in recruiting.
  • Move customers from first contact to close at pace.
  • Feed market learnings to founders and product team.

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience with early success.
  • Thrived at a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup.
  • Strong academic track record.
  • Willing to work hybrid (3 days/week in London office).
