You'll join Metaview as a core sales hire, driving growth by converting product-led leads into enterprise customers. You'll work directly with founders to shape the AI recruiting category and lay foundations for a global sales team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and upsell prospects from the product-led growth engine.
- Develop expert insight on AI's impact in recruiting.
- Move customers from first contact to close at pace.
- Feed market learnings to founders and product team.
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience with early success.
- Thrived at a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup.
- Strong academic track record.
- Willing to work hybrid (3 days/week in London office).
