💼 About This Role

You'll assist in audits and communicate with leaders and client personnel to complete assurance engagements. You'll contribute to developing audit strategy and building client relationships. This hybrid role in San Jose offers flexible work arrangements and professional development through BPM University.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with multiple client engagements throughout the year.
• Communicate issues arising during audit with engagement manager.
• Contribute to audit strategy from planning to reporting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2+ years in public accounting across various industries
• Licensed CPA or in process of obtaining

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience auditing complex accounts (inventory, revenue, equity/stock options)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to analyze and prioritize information
