💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for developing, commissioning, and operating launch systems from scratch at Cape Canaveral. You'll own launch readiness and serve as the on-console controller for ground systems. As part of a small team, you'll have direct impact on high-cadence launch operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• On-console control of launch ground systems
• Own launch readiness and day-of launch console operations
• Develop, maintain, and execute procedures and automation sequencing
• Perform real-time and post-operation data reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in launch or similar high-performance operations
• Strong engineering fundamentals across thermodynamics, fluids, software, electrical, or structures
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions real time
• Experience with EHS policies including fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, and hazmat

✨ Nice to Have

• 10+ years experience in launch or similar operations
• Experience with cryogenic and high-pressure gas systems
• Python programming proficiency
