📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience leading complex IT projects or programs in global environments
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor initiatives
• Strong background in enterprise systems, healthcare/clinical systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage, coach, and develop distributed teams
