💼 About This Role

You'll join T-Rex Solutions to provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, and peripherals at a critical national security site. You'll conduct site surveys, prepare technical design packages, and train personnel on hardware use.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment
• Conduct site surveys and document configurations
• Prepare engineering plans and installation schedules
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test hardware and cabling

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma with 4+ years experience or Associate's with 2+ years
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Expert in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Active Directory security and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings
