💼 About This Role

You'll join TechnologyAdvice's Paid Media team to build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that drive high-intent B2B tech buyers to our properties. You'll work across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more to manage campaign builds, audience development, and performance optimization. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to scale campaigns and test new channels in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, Reddit.
• Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party data and platform signals.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust bidding, budgets, targeting, and creative.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering teams for tracking and measurement.
• Prepare performance summaries and reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on paid social campaign management with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Managed campaigns with monthly budgets of $50K-$100K+, optimizing for ROAS.
• Strong knowledge of paid social campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, targeting) and optimization levers.
• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with TikTok, Quora, or Reddit ads.
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
