💼 About This Role

You'll provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across emergency departments, hospital medical floors, and crisis stabilization units via a 100% virtual platform. You'll collaborate with onsite professionals to determine timely dispositions and use evidence-based practices to treat vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises. Array's 24/7 access center supports you by triaging cases and ensuring you have what you need to successfully treat each patient.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis.
• Receive support from the 24/7 access center that triages cases and ensures successful treatment.
• Direct/implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
• Utilize a collaborative care approach within healthcare treatment teams.

📋 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Unrestricted, independent licensure
• Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
• Ability to treat patients in acute crisis and provide stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings

• Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
• Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time
• Advanced technical proficiency including hardware, Windows, Microsoft software, and EMR software in telehealth
