Description

You will serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise merchants, leading integration efforts, upsells, and cross-sales. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions using Riskified's platform, manage project plans with clients, and collaborate with internal teams like Product, R&D, and Account Management to drive merchant growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, or similar role with enterprise customers
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and project management skills
  • Solid technical background including troubleshooting, SQL, and API integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Sales, and Account Management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
