Join the African Leadership University's faculty pool to teach or design courses in various formats (boot camps, workshops, or full-length courses) for our growing student body across Africa. You'll deliver online, asynchronous, synchronous, or hybrid modules aligned with our degree programs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or PhD
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Area of Specialization
• For Specialization Coaches: Master's Degree with 2 years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
• For Foundations Coaches: Bachelor's Degree
• Notorised Educational Certificate
• Equivalency Certificate if degree obtained outside Rwanda (for faculty contracted to Rwanda)
• National ID
