💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end delivery of nursing programs at an edtech startup reimagining allied healthcare training. Your core impact will be accelerating enrollment and scaling program capacity through cross-functional collaboration. This role offers a leadership position in a mission-driven company backed by Y Combinator and Oak HC/FT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program delivery of nursing programs
• Develop initiatives to improve enrollment and retention
• Lead in-person operations of acquired nursing college
• Collaborate with curriculum, product, policy, and sales teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operational role at high-growth startup
• Passionate about expanding access to healthcare education
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Highly analytical and structured problem-solver

• Worked in healthcare or EdTech
• Led a team of clinicians, program directors or instructors
• Experience in remote educational delivery
