You'll build and scale the core analytics infrastructure for a fast-growing Web3 technology organization, designing end-to-end data systems that transform raw data into trusted insights. You will develop robust data pipelines and self-serve analytics products that empower data-driven decisions across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance. This role blends data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform ownership in a high-impact environment shaping business strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve end-to-end analytics data pipelines including ingestion and transformation.
• Design and build scalable, self-serve data products for cross-functional use.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or similar data platform roles.
• Advanced SQL expertise including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics like funnels, retention, and LTV.
