Description
You will deliver one-on-one or couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, gyms, or outdoors, customizing workout programs and tracking progress via the Svetness Fitness App. Your role is to empower clients to reach their fitness goals while enjoying flexibility and support.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App to track sessions and progress
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
