Description

As an Inventory Line Lead at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to safely move vehicles through repairs while meeting production and quality goals. You'll coach your team, identify improvement areas, and ensure adherence to Carvana's standards to deliver high-quality reconditioned cars.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes and lean principles
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, and variable schedules

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses and improvement areas
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; provide feedback and demonstrate skills
• Prevent and resolve team conflict; ensure adherence to systems, policies, and procedures
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead training on quality standards
