💼 About This Role

You'll lead BJAK's regional finance function, ensuring financial health and governance across multiple markets. You'll partner with leadership to drive strategy, strengthen controls, and enable data-driven decisions. This role offers direct access to executive decision-making and the chance to build the finance backbone of a high-growth AI-powered platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and compliance across regional entities.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Lead preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fully qualified CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3 in Big 4 audit and regional finance leadership.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and GAAP across multiple markets.
