💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical interface between customers and engineering, ensuring successful deployment of autonomous tractor fleets in real-world environments. You'll lead on-site system bring-up, troubleshooting, and translate customer feedback into engineering priorities. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of farming and robotics with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical interface between customers, field ops, and engineering for fleet deployment
• Lead on-site system bring-up and performance validation in real-world environments
• Translate customer use cases and failure modes into engineering feedback
• Support OEM partner and dealer networks with training and escalation support

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in agriculture or farming
• 1-3 years driving tractors and trucks with trailers
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles
• Valid CA driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%
