Description

In this role, you will support the store management team to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards. You will supervise sales associates, assist with training, and ensure compliance with company policies while contributing to merchandising and inventory tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented with focus on customer service and sales productivity
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 20 lbs
