💼 About This Role

You'll own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis for our go-to-market organization, and serve as the systems leader for our finance and revenue data stack. You'll ensure financial insights are accurate and deeply embedded in our operating cadence, while managing deal desk and variable compensation. This role combines strong financial acumen with hands-on systems thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and enhance forecasting models across bookings, revenue, and key SaaS metrics
• Serve as business systems owner for finance systems like CPQ, billing, and variable compensation
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for bookings, pricing trends, and sales efficiency
• Partner with GTM to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in FP&A, Financial Analytics, or Strategic Finance in B2B SaaS
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Hands-on experience with finance systems like SAAS billing platforms, Stripe
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, PLG Payback, Bookings, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-product portfolio or consumption-based pricing models
• Prior involvement in QTC system migration or optimization project
• Familiarity with financial close processes and ASC 606 compliance
