You'll serve as the lead technical advisor for SMB customers during the pre-sales process, partnering with Account Executives to design solutions using Plaid's API platform. Your core impact will be driving revenue outcomes by overcoming technical objections and ensuring successful adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead technical product demonstrations for SMB prospects
- Partner with Account Executives to address technical requirements
- Design solutions and share best practices throughout the sales process
- Translate prospect feedback into product insights with engineering teams
📋 Requirements
- Customer empathy and strong communication skills
- Background combining business and technical experience
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, HTTP, and REST
- Understanding of mobile and web application architecture
