You'll join VaynerMedia's strategy team to drive cultural relevance for clients by scanning trends and signals. You'll partner with creative teams to turn real-time insights into actionable campaigns. This role offers deep immersion in passion-driven cultural areas with flexible deployment across accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily scans for cultural signals in passion areas.
• Drive daily cultural opportunities in AIM sessions.
• Partner with Creative Captains to make insights actionable.
• Deliver MRR/QRRs and thought leadership on relevance.
• Serve as flexible strategic resource across accounts.

📋 Requirements

• Cultural fluency in multiple deep passion areas.
• Networked within relevant communities and groups.
• Analytical skills to spot early signals and translate to strategy.
• Writing skills for reports, thought leadership, and POVs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in creative or media strategy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Strong presentation skills.
