• Operate Appfolio system for customer data, maintenance, and contracts
• Assign work orders, supervise repairs, and maintain property units
• Communicate with landlords, vendors, and resolve tenant complaints

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of property management experience managing multiple buildings
• Capable of operating Appfolio and management/accounting software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to visit different sites for inspections and tenant communication
