Description

You will lead and mentor a Platform Engineering team, owning cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, while driving cross-team initiatives in security, reliability, and cost efficiency. You'll bring clarity and structure to planning and execution, collaborating closely with product teams to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading teams
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, GitLab)
• Strong project and program management, stakeholder communication
• Ability to drive cross-team initiatives to completion

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Platform Engineering team
• Own operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting (e.g., OKRs)
• Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements to increase engineering velocity
