You'll engage with homeowners through in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and schedule free in-home demonstrations. This role offers uncapped performance bonuses and a clear path to management, with top reps earning $85k+/yr.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners through direct in-person outreach in neighborhoods
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
• Represent the brand and develop skills for career advancement

📋 Requirements

• No experience required; self-motivation and a passion for growth
• Availability to work 12pm–8pm shifts (afternoons/evenings)
• Must be able to stand and walk for 6–8 hours/day
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
