Description

You will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving new logo acquisition and providing strategic oversight for existing accounts. You'll act as a bridge between the market's voice and executive strategy, managing pipelines, coaching AEs, and collaborating with the GTM Leadership team to shape the future of direct mail.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing Enterprise or Upper Mid-Market AE teams in B2B
  • Prior AE experience with track record of over-achievement (e.g., President's Club)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Gong, and MEDDICC framework
  • Strategic leadership in pipeline building, forecasting, and complex deal closure
  • Grit, strong work ethic, high integrity; logistics or direct mail experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline and develop comprehensive account plans
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, live deal reviews, and Gong reviews for coaching
  • Partner with Enablement to roll out MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Remove roadblocks to ensure high-level AE performance
  • Communicate competitive updates and voice of customer to executive team
