💼 About This Role
You'll build and run the operational backbone of Baseten's marketing engine, ensuring campaign launches go flawlessly and funnel reporting is trusted. You'll create clarity and velocity across paid, lifecycle, content, and ABM programs for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end operationalization of marketing campaigns across paid, lifecycle, content, and ABM.
- Build and enforce QA standards for campaign deployment accuracy.
- Maintain performance reporting across funnel stages (traffic to revenue).
- Run marketing operating rhythm: bi-weekly planning, sprint tracking, QBRs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Design.
📋 Requirements
- 3-6 years in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Campaign Operations, or RevOps-adjacent roles.
- Built and QA'd multi-channel B2B campaigns end-to-end.
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, structured reporting).
- Experience with workflow tools (Notion, Asana, Linear) and CRM/automation platforms.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
- Understanding of core B2B funnel metrics and how marketing drives pipeline.
