💼 About This Role

You'll administer the Salesforce platform to support all business units at Jamf, working in an Agile Scrum team to deliver features and improvements. You'll partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions. This role offers remote flexibility within Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain working knowledge of core Salesforce.com systems
• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into Agile backlog
• Manage features, epics, and user stories in Jira
• Act as subject matter expert and mentor other specialists

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in Salesforce.com platform
• Associate Degree required
• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software
• Experience with Agile Scrum framework

• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field
• Experience evaluating new Salesforce apps
