🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical programs with hardware components and scientific validation
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Track critical dependencies across R&D, hardware, and manufacturing
• Translate research into technical requirements with scientists

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years technical program management experience, 3+ at hardware companies
• Managed programs with 20+ project contributors across disciplines
• Experience coordinating parallel workstreams in flat organizations
• Direct experience with hardware product development lifecycle

✨ Nice to Have

• B.S. or higher in Engineering or Physical Sciences
• Supply chain management experience
• Experience with autonomous technical contributors
